Parth Shroff is a Junior Undergraduate Student in the Department of Petroleum Engineering at IIT (ISM) Dhanbad. His core academic and professional focus is anchored in reservoir engineering and petroleum production. He possesses additional technical proficiency in building data-driven solutions using Python, GIS, agent orchestration.
Dr. Raj Kiran is a faculty member at the IIT (ISM) Dhanbad. He received his PhD in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. After completing his bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from IIT (BHU), he worked in industry for more than three years. Dr. Kiran has diverse experiences in various fields, including geologic hydrogen, carbon sequestration, geothermal, and underground hydrogen storage.
Prof. Upadhyay is a faculty member at the IIT (ISM) Dhanbad. He has worked in industry for more than fifteen years. Prof. Upadhyay has expertize in Reservoir Engineering, Well Testing, and Simulation. He is the founder of BharatCBM, an indigeously developed CBM Simulator.
Prof. Rajak is a faculty member at the IIT (ISM) Dhanbad. His expertize is in Drilling, Pipeline and HSE.
Prof. Datta Gupta is an experienced and distinguished geophysicist with a two decades of expertise in exploration and reservoir geophysics within the Oil & Gas sector at both national and international levels. He is an expert at applying geophysical principles to innovative research and complex problem-solving, complemented by proficient management skills to ensure the optimal utilization of resources.
Prof. Ashutosh Kumar is a Professor of Petroleum Engineering at IIT (ISM) Dhanbad with academic and industrial experience spanning nearly three decades. His research focuses on reservoir fluid thermodynamics, phase behavior, compositional simulation, equation-of-state development, carbon capture and storage, and hydrogen systems. He has published extensively in leading international journals and has contributed to the advancement of reservoir engineering through research, consultancy, and executive training. His work combines fundamental thermodynamic modeling with practical applications in reservoir simulation and hydrocarbon recovery. He is committed to advancing energy research through innovation, teaching, and industry collaboration.
Mirik Gogri is the Sustainability Collaborator, Climate-Tech Investor and Corporate Strategist. He is an IIT Bombay alumni with a dual degree in Metallurgical Engineering and Material Science. He has also pursued courses in Energy Innovation and Emerging Technologies from Stanford University.
Mirik is associated with Spectrum Impact which is working with companies and organizations across the world to find solutions for Global Climate Goals. Currently, Mirik is also leading the establishment of a world-class Research and Development Center with 300 scientists and researchers.
